Color and Appearance

Concreal’s coloration is achieved throughout the mass. As a mineral‑based material, the panels may show natural variations in tone, texture, and visual absorption. These variations are inherent and contribute to the overall aesthetic value of the cladding. The mineral composition and surface finish make every wall or façade unique in its final appearance.

Workability

Concreal is designed to be easily workable on site or in the workshop using woodworking tools and techniques, compatible with the thin and flexible nature of the material. The panel’s light weight facilitates handling and processing for any type of application. The product is flexible enough to adapt to curved surfaces. Preliminary tests should always be carried out under real installation conditions, especially when dealing with particular construction details, complex cuts, or non‑standard substrates.

Installation requires the use of MS Polymer adhesives or standard cement‑based adhesives, depending on the intended application and the substrate to which the panel will be bonded. Headless finishing nails (similar to those used for skirting boards) may be used, ensuring they are applied in a random pattern rather than aligned in the same points to avoid visibility. When using a nail gun, adjust the pressure to prevent damage to the panel surface.
